Are there any stores like Old Time Pottery in the area?
For those of you who don't know what OTP is; it's a store that sells household items at a discount price. You can get linens, rugs, kitchenware, decorations, pictures, mirrors, etc there.

Old Time Pottery is bigger, I think, but Tuesday Morning is similar. They are scattered around, but there is one in Durham across from the South Square Target.

Is OTP like Home Stores? Home Stores is a TJ Maxx store that just sells household items and furniture, etc. Home Stores is located at Brier Creek.

It's kind of like Home Stores. It just has a bigger selection and isn't as expensive. Are there any of those nearby? I've heard of Tuesday morinings also, but I've never been there.

LOVE OTP...shoupped there all the time in OH. There is one in Charlotte and Wilmington and in Myrtle Beach. There will be a new one opening in Greensboro soon (how soon, I'm not sure)

Try Carolina Pottery in the Smithfield outlet mall. It's huge and has everything from seasonal decorations to patio furniture to framed art.
