Being new here, I know there are things I'm adjusting to.
I love the laid-back friendliness even though sometimes I have to catch myself from being unprepared for it or misinterpreting it.

So far, there's only one thing I'm having difficulty with...

Is it just me, or are others alarmed at people who intentionally drive in your blind spot and peek in your car while traveling 70-75 miles an hour in two tons of steel?

I can see giving a friendly wave or smile when driving through town at 35mph... but on the HIGHWAY????
Who... WHO... who thinks we're going to have, "A Moment" while traveling that fast down an Interstate?

Maybe it's me?
Maybe it's because I still have my Class A, Commercial Drivers License and maybe that training along with having seen car crashes along Interstates all over the country shapes my alarm?

What's the thinking behind this?
Are some people so accustomed to watching television and computer screens that they think their windshield is just another monitor??

And the license plate thing?
Do people REALLY think the bubble-headed person driving is any different than the next guy just because his or her license plate has a different name on it???

Maybe it's just me...

I've never really noticed this. I guess that means the hot chicks on I-40 aren't checking me out. Either that, or they're just sitting in my blind spot to evade detection.

Default but...

The term, "Blind Spot" was coined when cars were engineered differently.
With today's cars and mirrors .... who... WHO thinks you can't see their big head looking at you in your side mirror??

Again... what's going on in these people's heads?
Do they just want to cause a reaction?

Ummm. I have never noticed this.

Is your vehicle covered in paintings and text? Do you wear an elaborate driving costume?
