It is pretty much like the PP described as the Blue Cross PPO Enhanced. I would pay a $40 co-pay for a specialist who was either in-network or out-of-network. There are other minor differences, but I have never
needed to go to an out-of-network doctor. Almost everyone locally is in-network to the Humana PPO. I don't travel much, so that's not an issue.
Correction, the premium is $75/month not $72. I also agree that the Medicare Supplement plans seems unnecessary with a Medicare Advantage plan as they cover more hospitalization and nursing home care than standard Medicare does.
