Ouch! For anybody who doesn't know, Cloo's is infamous for taking forever for pretty much any order except just a soft drink, haha. Hope this place speeds up soon.

Do you have the option of specifying how you want your burger cooked (ex. Medium), and if so, do they actually cook it right?

You know, we forgot to ask when we ordered but without specifying our burgers were on the rare side of medium but not quite medium rare. Next time we go we're going to see if they'll do medium rare.

I think Five Guys has the same bags only distribution method. Can a brother get a tray.

I tried that place, and I was not that impressed. The amount of soda was very impressive, but those hotdogs didn't taste like Nathans hotdogs to me (I had the brown hotdogs). I used to go to Nathans a lot when I was in NY so I know how they are supposed to taste. Even if the ones I got were not Nathan's hotdogs, they were not that good. Alright... but not that good. Their burgers had these hard, chewy balls of I guess fat in them, so they were not that comfortable to bite into. The burgers tasted ok besides the chewy balls, but not my favorite among the burgers I've had. I thought BurgerFi and Five Guys did a better job with both their burgers and hotdogs.

I don't know, maybe I'll give them another chance one day, but I give it a thumbs down for me.

What exactly did you order? Just curious...

Did you go on opening day or later?

Definitely no "chewy balls" in our meat, the consistency was very good. Wanted more of it. Maybe you went early on as poster above suggested and they had an early kink?

Also it didn't take us any longer than it does at Five Guys...since they make everything right there as you order it, would hope its not any faster!

I'll check this place out and hope they make it. They'll need a LOT of good word of mouth networking. If this is the place I think it is (next to Big Lots), it's a tough location, so I would think.

I'll bring my daughter here, she's my foodie partner in crime!

Yes, I have worked on the opening crew of several restaurants and it is CHAOS the first week or so.

Yep that's the place. The last restaurant (On the Bun) lasted about three months. Also the landlord for that strip mall is a jerk which I'm sure doesn't help businesses that open in there.

I tried it. Good, totally worth it, but not a destination in my book (eg: didn't blow me away). I had the spicy burger, single, and it was pretty good. I'll take my daughter there, becuase it's a cool place, but they'll really need to build a following if they will succeed in that location.
