Hi all, anyone on this forum have backyard chickens in Cary, Raleigh, or Wake Forest?? If so, could you share which subdivision you live in?

Three of my neighbors inCary have them: two in Irongate and one in Coronado Village

I'm in the Castlewood subdivision (that's near Apex but outside the town limits). No HOA. My next-door neighbor has kept chickens for years. Technically, she's violating the Restrictive Covenants but nobody cares and besides, those covenants are not enforceable unless a grumpy neighbor actually sues.
