So it appears the construction of the replacement gas station has been completed on the corner of Spring Forest & Capital. I guess the only thing they're waiting on before opening is the gas pumps. Shouldn't be much longer.

That space on Spring Forest and Capital looks like it's setup for retail. Pumps are useless without underground tanks. I drive by that spot twice a day, and I didn't see any tanks at all. Take a look at the Millbrook Sheetz site. They're putting the tanks in before the bulk of construction is complete.

The building on Spring Forest & Capital is Mini City Shoppes, it's three small storefronts; definitely not a gas station.

I think that one might be a Starbucks. There is another Sheetz being built on the corner of Spring Forest & Green.

Also, the Best Buy is going in where Rooms to Go use to be, beside Michaels
