Time for you to take a field trip to Cary. I guarantee that La Farm is worth it!

Yes, I need to get over to Cary. I think MikeJ owes me a beer. Or maybe I owe him a beer that is!

Have your people talk to my people. I'm sure mutually agreeable accommodations can be made...

I love little places like that to pick up a baguette to go with homemade "sketti" Thanks for posting that. I'll stop by soon, and get a fresh cookie too for the ride home.

...or maybe you can make the beer from the leftover yeast from the two dueling bakeries?

No need to make the expedition all the way to Cary. They are the Raleigh Farmers' Market on weekends.

North_Raleigh_Guy: Thanks for sharing. I am a frequent visitor to La Farm Bakery in Cary. I will check the Yellow Dog Bread Co. out soon.

Do I read that correctly? Coffee from Richmond, VIRGINIA when we have several good coffee companies locally?

Does either have authentic Cuban bread? I haven't been able to find it except for the bags at BJ's that say "Cuban" on the outside with something else on the inside.

Wouldn't that be great!

I have yet to find a true Cuban bread in the Triangle. I bring it back from Tampa a freeze it.

I hope perhaps Publix will be an option once they open. I don't hold much hope since my inquiry duringa visit to a Publix in SC this year met with blank looks...
