Hello guys. I was recently offered a position as a Social Worker IAT with the state/Dept. of Social Services and I am excited as I have waited for this news for the past two months since my interview. Just wondering if anyone currently and past employed in this position could give me some insight. I will be working in Fayetteville and I do have CPS work in New York City so I am well prepared. Yet I maintain curious. I tried to draw more information from my interviewers about the local CPS environment but I think I can get a more real explanation from those in the field. So here I am, please give it to me straight no chasers
