As long as you avoid the potato salad, muffins, crackers, croutons, garbanzo beans, peas....etc.

Cracker Barrel makes a good bunless burger and a green bean side makes it low carb.

Any breakfast spot.

Hibachi places will often just do the veggies/chicken/steak for you with extra veggies instead of rice.

Try Zoe's Kitchen... Their soups, salads, and sides are great. Love the shrimp kabobs!

I 2nd Zoe's. Have never had anything bad there, and all the ingredients are really fresh.

You can get a burger at Burger-Fi on a lettuce wrap. It is located next to trader joes. I see people order it regularly.

I'm on a low carb diet as well. I order take out from Hibachi Express - extra veggies, no rice. I also order wings from Wild Wing Cafe, salads from Whole Foods, soup from Panera, and chicken lettuce wraps from Pei Wei. Good luck!

You can also order a rice bowl from Moe's but skip the rice.

When you do low carb you can pretty much eat anywhere, just hold the carbs. Wings and salad are always easy. Stirfry is okay, just hold any sugary sauces. Meat (steak, chicken, burgers) and 2 sides of veggies. I think Ruby Tuesday still has mashed cauliflower. For chinese food: chicken or beef and brocoli no sauce, egg foo young without the rice and gravy. Japanese and Jamaica are easy. Breakfast restaurants are easy choices too (omelottes, eggs, bacon, sausage).

There are tons of options just get creative!! I know you asked for restaurant recommendations, but you will see you can find things anywhere. The more simple you make it the easier it is.
