Anyone else have "unavailable" Program Guide the past 2 days? Thought it was just a temporary quirk last night but it's still not working. I need my Guide!

Tells you how much I hate calling TWC when I'd rather ask you guys than call them to see if it is an area problem or just me. When I call with internet down they always tell me it is not a general outage and they will have to schedule an appt., but somehow magically it comes back on later.

Yes!

We had problem with no Guide, no updates to On Demand, and rebooted tonight and that solved it immediately.

I had the same problem. Rebooted both of cable boxes and the guide was back. However, my DVR isn't scheduling any of my shows to record. They're all there in the Series Manager, but there is no list for "Scheduled Recordings". I missed three shows last night.

We had a bug like that which was supposedly fixed by a "push" from TWC. It was explained that series recordings were disabled when the ongoing update didn't access the channel because it was unavailable (sounds like the guide might be the cause).

The fix we found was to delete the series recording for the bad ones in Series Manager and then add them back again.
