Sports bars in Raleigh with Monday night food and drink specials? (versus, places)

No NC bar can have nightly drink specials. The Alcohol Control Board forbids it. They can only offer daily specials on drinks. (better you should be able to drink cheap all day versus just during happy hour. Stupid rule.)

Many bars offer happy hour specials on food. We also find many places offer Monday night specials and Wednesday night specials on food. Or half off a bottle of wine on those nights.

I've been to places with beer specials on Monday nights - I'm not sure how they structure it to comply with the rules, but they're there.

What I find more difficult to find is places with food specials on Monday nights, so if you know any and they have TV's tuned to sports, please post them up, thanks.
