It will work out in the end for the tenants.
That Lowes was a ghost town. A better draw will bring traffic.

I also wonder about the one at Preston Corners, but hear they are updating and remodeling.

I was in there looking at spaces, and it really WAS a ghost town shopping center.

They even have vegan chocolate chip cookies so it's a particularly dangerous place for me. But mostly what I buy there is produce that Trader Joe's doesn't have, and bulk items (chick peas, popcorn, rice, etc). Oh and their 4 for $4 special on Health Starts Here prepared foods is a great bargain for dinner.

Has anyone had a response to the e-mails? I plan to send one. I miss the True Value Hardware that was there.

I would love it if Fresh Market would build in Hemlock Plaza. Then I could be within walking distance to a Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, and Lowes Foods. Oh yeah that would be awesome! I love the prepared foods at FM when I get too lazy to fix up something on a week night or want to treat myself on a weekend.

I thought it was strange too...it could have been posted by the owners of the Chinese restaurant. I'm sure it's in their best interest as well...that shopping center doesn't have any traffic!

I drove through the shopping center this morning and there is a sign on the store announcing it will be a "Right Fitness".
