No, pretty much anywhere in Cary is a good area. It just depends on the house. There are a few neighborhoods here and there that have some lower-income housing, and the property values may not appreciate as well as in other areas, but these areas are few and far between and I would not consider any of them to be undesirable.
Where in Cary would I recommend not to buy? Within the town limits! ...venture on over to Apex, Holly Springs, or Morrisville to get the same lifestyle, same schools, less town regulations, and more reasonable real estate prices.
Morrisville does not have more reasonable real estate prices from what I've seen. Prices seemed to be the same or more.
