Hi everyone -

Anyone commute to Credit Suisse in the RTP from Apex, Woodcreek community? If so how is it, time wise and what is the best route to take. Also any good or bad inside info on working there would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I worked for CS in NYC. I loved working there. I was there for 14 years or so. I am not at CS in NC though. But in the neighborhood.

Woodcreek has good proximity to 540-it is only about two miles from the front entrance of Woodcreek to the current Southern terminus of the Western Wake Expressway.
It should be less than 20 minutes drive to any of the RTP exits from there. Add a few minutes for local traffic/parking. Certainly a doable commute, and in a lot of ways not any different than surface streets in NW Cary.
Yes, there are tolls. Figure $3 per day round trip if you get a pass. A psychological and philosophical problem for some people, but not for me.
Woodcreek is nice, but I would choose my lot very carefully. Any extension of 540 will impact sections of that neighborhood regardless of which route is chosen.
