I don't think anyone is suggesting that such a place exists. Pretty much everyone has agreed that the OP's expectations are unrealistic. I was just disagreeing with the assertion that there's no complex in the area that would allow 24/7 access to a business center.

I used to live at Caveness Farms in Wake Forest that meets most of your criteria. The prices for one bedrooms start at $720 though plus utilities of water and electric. Although they might offer move in specials to make the rent cheaper. They offered deeply discounted cable when I lived there. It is located off Capital Blvd but you wouldn't know that with all the trees and nature. Some of the apartments have a view of a large pond. It has really good soundproofing as you will not hear your next door neighbors. I'd recommend renting on the second floor. Caveness Farms Apartment Rentals
