@ nogard-how does your iwfe get the police report for that area? I am always curious about the house in the woods on 751 past Chancellor's Ridge heading towards Target on the right. I think it is before Massey Chappell. It is completely run down and there are tons of cars coming and going all the time. Has anyone seen that house?
We're actually not moving to Chancellors Ridge. The subdivision is a small one off Stagecoach Rd called Keeneland Manor. But I guess for all intents and purposes it's the same area.
I have a very large dog who "alarms" when needed. He may cost more than the alarm system if you look strictly at numbers though. (good dog food, monthly flea and heart worm preventative, regular vet visits, dog treats, occasional grooming expenses) It's just so much fun loving him and caring for him that it's totally worth it. We rescued each other after my divorce and now he's going to be a big brother to twins!
