Default Has anyone moved into Glenwood crossing, umstead park, Brier creek or the Glenwood North townhomes?

These are all townhomes that I am considering and was wondering if anyone lives in any of these community's.

How helpful was the company in getting everything ready on time and answerings questions about upgrades etc..? Which townhome community?

Are you happy with the home? Any complaints or issues? What do you think of the construction quality? Was it worth the price tag? Are there mostly homeowners or is it mostly renter occupied? So instance I've noticed so many Glenwood Crossing townhomes for rent on various sites.

I sold two of the townhouses in Glenwood North. Both times was when they had "inventory" specials going on. Prices have risen in this neighborhood.

I will say this again...take a buyer's agent with you. You do not pay their commission and their advice and expertise is valuable to you. Onsite sales associates work for the builder.
