I'm going to take an assessment test for a potential position today. It's been a while since I've taken a technical test and I'm somewhat nervous about it because it seems like a great company. I've always done a phone or in-person interview with someone involved in the position first, but this is just with HR so it's possible (and probable) that a lot of people never make it past this stage.

It can really work out, depending on where you buy next.....either local or out of state. When we sold in NC, we set a lower price to sell against new, knowing we had a greater opportunity on a house on the west coast of Florida. Made the move and in four years the price on the home in FL went up $100k. Cashed out on that and bought an awesome new home in TV.
Planning, timing and luck can really pay off. Second time we made out huge on housing. First house DOUBLED in price in 4.5 years. We cashed that one out to move to NC. |
