I saw the closure list online somewhere and there were no Raleigh area stores on it!

I learned that I am fairly immune to fire ant bites but my husband gets big angry welts that last weeks. If either of us had to have a bad reaction, I'm glad it's not me with the amount of time I spend in the garden.

We dug out all our banana trees and are prepping a 15 foot bed for veggies

The Streak is over. Clemson can put that one to rest now.

58 times in a row? Sure!
59 times in a row? Why not!?
60 times in a row? Nah, that's too much.

I finally made it to the Roast Grill for a couple of hot dogs today.
Good lunch.

Fire ants are the worst. I have been nearly eaten alive by them on several occasions ! I would rather eat a cockroach, nasty as they are, than encounter a nest of fire ants. BTW some cockroaches taste like chicken, and are considered edible in some cultures. Sort of like eating snake meat or frog legs I suppose.

A little heads-up for those that may be passing through Wilson County on US-264...

The hot dogs are still good, but I wish you’d had the opportunity of Mrs. Charles serving you up a couple. She ruled the roost at the Roast Grill.

I'm here 22 years, and wish I had dropped in a long time ago...
