Default News & Observer article about Smithfield

http://www.newsobserver.com/news/story/809253.html (broken link)

This article was in the paper yesterday. Smithfield is allowing police to hunt deer in city limits on police time in order to "control" the deer population from eatting plants in the yards of South Smithfield neighborhoods.
I would want to know this before I planned to move there.
