An Oxymoron if ever I heard one.

Seems like these "pleasing mixes" are popping up all over the place. ParkWest, Midtown, blah blah blah.

I guess a "pleasing mix" is better than another strip-mall.

If a decent number of people didn't find them pleasing enough to live in them, developers wouldn't be building them.

They're certainly not going to be for everyone, but plenty of people love them.

Of course, no problem at all. It's almost like every time I turn around there is another 100+ acres of land getting rezoned and approved for Residential or mixed development in west Apex.

Veridea sounds like one of those made up words that the drug companies would use.
"Veridea may cause drowsiness; it's been shown to cause irritable bowel syndrome in some pregnant women. Veridea should not be used by those on steroids because it may cause uncontrollable bleeding and sometimes death. Ask your doctor if Veridea is right for you. Veridea, for a healthier you..." cut to a the joyful face of a beautiful woman flying a kite for no particular reason.

Developers should be relieved they got all these approved with the old town council in place, as it seems the newly elected council very much wants to pump the brakes on things like this.
