The renter's insurance is not for the house....it's for our 'stuff' in our new place. (We are renting for at least a year.) They say they have to insure our 'primary dwelling' to allow us insurance for the home.
Their newest offer is if we get renter's insurance through them....they will insure the house for 90 days before cancelling. This is just a nightmare.
