Best mani/pedi in DT Raleigh (salon, 2014, prices)

I love my mani/pedi, and I think my favorite place to get a regular mani/pedi so far is this place downstairs in Crabtree Valley Mall. I can't remember the name now but they truly have the best mani pedi ever. But I'm curious to see what you guys think. What's the best spot ITB or close to ITB to get a mani pedi? I'm looking to try it out soon!

I haven't been there for a while, but I'm partial to Primp Salon Bar, just 'cuz I love any place where I can sip on a martini while getting my toes done. ;-)

My wife enjoyed her experience at Simple Bliss off of Boylan.

I really like Synergy Spa but it's a full spa with spa prices so it's a splurge. On the other hand, they often have monthly specials that can be reasonable like this: http://feelsynergy.com/specials/feb2014-specials.html

That one is a pedicure only but sometimes they have mani/pedi specials. Lots of pampering though.
