Greetings All!!!! We're here and staying in Cary scurrying about the area. I'm learning the area just fine, but my pup is finding it somewhat difficult to adjust. I think she is confused as to where all the familiar places and faces have gone! She's coming around slowly but surely.

I'm just wondering where a good pace is to check out the Pats vs Steelers game on Sunday? It's a BIG game and I don't want to miss out. Where do the Steelers fans hang out??? I know that you're out there because I've seen some license plates / frames during my travels. A little friendly competitive spirit will be nice to be around.

Planning on checking out the Carolina Ale House here near me in Cary because I don't want to be stuck at the last minute. I heard that this place has all the games. Is this true or is there a better place??? Probably watch with my folks too as they arrive tomorrow for a short stay.

Any ideas??? C'mon......how 'bout you terrible towel wavers????!!!!!

The owners of Overtime Sports Pub in E. Raleigh (64 Business at the Food Lion/Sheetz plaza) are HUGE Steelers fans. I got to talking with them one day and turns out they live in nearby Hedingham. They also make their own french fries and it's a very cheap place to eat.

Default Thanks Frudy & Mrs Steel !!!!!

Maybe I'll check out the Overtime Sports Pub then.....nothing better than to celebrate another Pats victory in their place!!!! Maybe I can place a wager for a free order of those homemade fries!!! All depends on how far the Pub is from our spot here in Cary.
