One that sits on s desk or is floor mounted. Target et al says that's a seasonal item and all they have are onces with heaters....but I don't want a heater. I like the sound and the air movement when I sleep.

They're available on Home Depot's website, too.

Target is bad (or good, depending on your point of view!) about seasonal items. They have that one seasonal area, and if it's off-season, forget it!

I bet Walmart would have them.

I was just in Walmart and all they have are heated fans. Check Staples or office depot as many folks use small desk fans in thier office year round to help regulate temps. Also online is always there.

The small heater/fan I have at my desk at work also has a setting for just the fan to run...no heat.

You might want to look at some of those more closely to see if they have that option.

I was at the Walmart today at Pleasant Valley (off Glenwood) and no fans (I was looking for something in that department) just floor heater type fans..you might try some of the thrift stores.

My husband was looking for a fan last year out of season. He was able to order one off of Sears.com & have it sent to the store nearby. I believe he was able to avoid shipping charges that way.
