I hope this does not break the TOS of the forum, but I just wanted to share a picture I came across yesterday while browsing a Triangle area RE site while searching homes in a more rural location outside of Raleigh. Sometimes I really wonder what the sellers or RE agents were thinking when they took the pictures they use in their MLS listing? I know that they are trying to show that the home is in a more rural setting surrounded by nature and wildlife, but this one really made me laugh.

A picture from a Triangle area Listing:

I wonder, does the squirrel convey with the house?

Funny! Once I saw a listing photo with a guy sitting on the living room couch smoking and watching TV. I wonder if he conveyed with the house...

I wonder why I can't see photos embedded in posts anymore. All I see is little red "X"s.

To funny. I wonder if the squirrel is thinking who the new neighbors will be and will they be squirrel friendly or perhaps just maybe he/she is thinking about putting a bid on the house just to drive their tree living friends absolutely 'nuts'....either way this little squirrel has made the big time by being posted in this forum!

I'd pay a little more for a chipmunk. Squirrel is one of the items I would expect - given a choice of options I would go with chipmunk or tree frog.

I think I am gonna dress my kids up in deer costumes and what not and send them off in the yard while I snap a photo. That should sell us faster LOL

That squirrel needs to be listed in the property disclosure also!
