They hand wash at PreFlight Parking by the airport. Their service is geared towards those who are traveling and want to arrive home to a clean car. I always park there and get my car cleaned inside and out. Not sure if they'd wash your car if you aren't parking also. BTW, if you park, be sure to get the coupon off of their website.

Wait until the drought is over. The next stage of water restrictions are probably going to close most carwashes. Some that recycle their water may be allowed for a bit longer.
