Default How long do you plan on staying in the Triangle?

Just curious.

We have been here just under 2 yrs and of the places we've lived and visited, this seems like a place we can stay for the long term.

My wife and I plan to live in the Triangle for long term as well. I have only been here for 2.5 years but I came here with the intention of always calling it home. Life happens and things can change as is always the case with anyone, but we have no plans to leave this area. We may move around the triangle and try living in Durham or Chapel Hill down the road, but I hope to always call the triangle "my home sweet home".

I'm ready to be there NOW!

We were supposed to get a "dusting" to about 2" of snow today. We got 8". On top of the 20+" we already have. And winter doesn't officially start until tomorrow.

My wife and I moved here with the intention of raising a family here, so I'd suspect that we'll stay 20 years. Then, once we kick the last kid out of the house, she wants to buy a motorhome and roam the interstates. Not sure I have the same thing in mind, but I think that I can humor her for the time being and go along with her idea.

My husband wants an RV. I wonder what gas prices will be in 20 years

Moved here 13 years ago. Figure my ashes will be scattered here, hopefully not for another 40-50 years.

I think we are here for good! We may move closer to the coast at some point, but I think we are here to stay!

10 years so far.
Planning on the "long haul."

When something looks better, might chase it. But so far, haven't seen anything.
