I got upgraded this morning in the 27616 area of Raleigh. I was only on Turbo so went to 100/10 and it has been a bit all over the place on the download side but like you the upload has been fairly rock solid.

DSLreports has stated that what we are seeing with the inconsistent service speeds appears to be normal immediately after the upgrades and they will settle down as time goes on. Growing pains...

I figured as much. Mine seems almost capped today - can't really get above 100 it seems. I'll keep playing.

We are tech geeks. Nothing wrong with that. Why does anyone need the latest iphone, latest car, etc. Surely 10 year old phones and cars are just fine yet so many people want new. This is the geek version of that. Not so hard to understand really.

Well, plain and simple, we are getting more for our money. Nice bumps for free---who wouldn't be excited?

That's the first time you can actually say that regarding TWC services.
