Well, yes. For most people.
But... Apparently, I reset the password and/or username, and don't have it.
Looks like factory reset is next.

I am on the 15/1 plan in 27518, near Crossroads. I did three tests and am now getting ~58/6 with a 6183 Arris modem (TWC supplied). No reboot required.

I'm on line with TWC..they stated that 27519 was upgraded. Working with them to see why my download speeds have not increased but upload has.

I'm at 118M down, 12M up when running a line directly to my modem. My issues are with the router (Linksys wrt100).

After rebooting the modem several times over the past 24 hours or so with no change, I decided to try resetting it via the TWC account site (equipment/troubleshooting). That did the trick! I have Earthlink Standard (now Extreme) & the SB6121.

I have the exact plan with same speeds. How much are you paying for monthly service?

It was $30 for the first 6 months, now $42. I own the modem. And the plan was supposed to be 15/1, but I averaged over 20/2 before the upgrade which seemed to be enough for our needs (streaming, gaming, etc.).
