The water bills are like Spirit Airlines, full of junk fees.

Be aware that you get billed a full ccc if you go one gallon over the prior ccf. This isn't rounding in any way, it's theft.

Water bills are used to rip you off for way more than water.

Don't you make it back the next month, when that is the starting point for the next bill?

I have read my water meter for 17 months. I am using about 28 gallons per day. I am single and live alone.
That is less than 1,000 gallons per month.
Why am I charged for 2 3 4 times that amount.
One month I was charged for 7,533 gallons. That is 250 gallons per day.
Can't anyone to respond to me.
