Currently live in Fuquay looking for larger home and closet to civilization. We have looked at several neighborhoods and narrowed down to three.

Pemberely - Ashton Woods
Great location centrally located to cary, holly, apex little cumbersome as to how u enter neighborhood. Entering final phase soon. Very nice homes Biggest issue is houses are wide lots small but seem to be avg .15 so appears on top of each other. Last phase has culdesac which will solve that and wooded area behind lots

Salem village - standard pacific
EXCELLENT location homes are nice, lots are small but seem to be avg .15. No privacy wood fences allowed all open aluminum fence. No lots back up to woods several back up to peakway so no one behind you

Brighton Forest (contradicts wanting to be near civilization and only bout a 7-8 minute move from current location)

Beautiful neighborhood, homes are extremely characteristic and beautiful craftsman style, lots large .28 acre, wooded, private etc.

How about some opinions? Maybe even addl suggestions. Pemberly and salem have better schools but brighton is currently assigned to west lake so good too.

We are torn!

Default SV neighborhood

My family live in Salem Village and moved here a year ago. We bought for location and easy access to freeway/highways, plus the floorplan we needed. We also have a strong sense of community and good neighbors.

Do you have specific questions which will help you make a decision?
