Hello Folks
We have to move to Apex NC soon (within a month) from Garner. Today we checked an awsome townhome in Straywhile ave. of Miramonte neighborhood. However, online crime stats show a bunch of infractions in the area including assault on female/ assault by gun etc.
Can someone please shed a light on life in this neighborhood and its safety record. I like to walk in the evening/morning. Will that be feasbile there. Long story short, the house is great, but the raid-online crime stats is making me question about the move.
On a related note, can you suggest of alternate Apex locations that i should look into. Safety is one of my primary criteria.
My daughter lived there a few years back----and left!
