no golf course, just a pool/cabana.

In franklinton there is a neighborhood being built called Olde Liberty, it will have a golf course, 1000 homes, a section called four seasons that is being built by Khov that is a 55 plus community. I am assuming you are still looking for your parents?

yeah,i love the are we moved to,
stoneridge looks great though,
That is really strange that a realtor website has all the detailed info with the home builders,location,and it also says golf course with tennis courts(strange).
Place like heritage is great local but lots are so small-i think that area of stineridge will be built up (the surrounding area)in a few years
