Hello,
We are looking into the community of Granite Falls in Rollesville NC. Is anyone is living in a eastwood home and is happy with their construction and cost?

Have you been out there? There hasn't been a lot of construction there in the last several years. I think the economy hurt that neighborhood, but maybe things are picking up more. The athletic club is nice, but they sell memberships to the public so the pool is beyond packed in the summer. I don't know how it's legal to have that many people in the pool at once. You would think they would cap the memberships. You can hardly find parking on summer weekends at the gym/pool. As of last year, there was only a couple of streets of houses built and it appeared they were but around 2006.

Hi Thank you for your reply,
yes, we actually stumbled into the development and thought the existing homes were very nice(some were built by another builder and more recently eastwood is building the new homes). We were just wondering if the current Eastwood home buyers were happy with their homes.

We looked at eastwood homes granite falls and crest when we were looking for houses earlier this year. We noticed that they put in more to the details and the exterior but space of rooms are smaller. It depends on what you are looking for but for us we wanted more space so we ended up buying in another subdivision next town over in wake forest. Good luck!

I am new to the Rolesville area, in fact, I am new to NC. Heck, I am new to the South altogether! I simply adore it. I will be a new, first time homebuyer and I am very particular in wanting a large home (7 bedrooms) with a basement. Is there any such thing in these areas?
