We were supposed to go today, but someone got sick at my wife's job and we couldn't go. Gonna reschedule for next week, but I'm looking for the day when the fewest people go. Anyone have any experience to share?

Here is the website with attendance numbers. Thursdays are the least crowded.

Next Thursday is the canned food day so I read that was the third busiest day of the fair. I'd suggest going on Monday or Tuesday.

Did they do canned goods day on Thursday last year? Because that was not that well attended, according to the figures.

If your not into the Midway, then pick a day when it's raining. You'll have the place to yourself.

Last year, the second Thursday was 102,176. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were 67,770; 68,092; and 68,252.

I would say that Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday is your best bet for fewest people in attendance.

tomorrow is early release for WCPSS traditional calendar, so avoid.

weekends, avoid

2nd Thursday can day, avoid. (If attendance was light last year, it was probably weather, but could also have been Vortex-related)

I generally go, and it seems to work well, Monday. This is under the theory that all of the fairgoers the first weekend have blown their cash and are back at work, and have traveled back home, etc.

So, it appears many others have that same theory, so perhaps Tuesday.
