Hi, I'm planning to enroll my 4-yr old in a gymnastics class somewhere in the east Raleigh area (or nearby) and would like a recommendation of places to try. I want her to actually learn things and not pay for something that is little more than playtime and the facility needs to be in good shape and very safe for kids. I'd considered having her take dance instead but she seems more interested in gymnastics. It would be kind of nice for her to be able to learn a little of both, without taking two separate classes, if that's even possible (I think some places that have cheerleading classes might offer something like that but maybe only for older girls).
North Raleigh Gymnastics would be a good fit!
My four year old takes Gymnastics as well as T&T there. It is actual training and not balls, bubbles, and songs like The Little Gym.
They do have a combo class that combines dance and gymnastics in one class. They also have regular dance classes there too.
If you register for two classes, the second class is half off. That's a great deal compared to other places.
The Little Gym has classes that will do both dance and gymnastics (and tap as well) and might work well. My daughter loves it there and their programs are well designed, in my opinion.
