I'm not at all surprised that they are highly rated. It is interesting that they make up all of the top 10.

And yet, according to the National Assessment of Educational Progress, only 27% of 8th grade black males in CHCCS are reading proficiently.

We've got to get past this notion of "great schools" which is often nothing more than a measure of the quality of the students in the system, not of the educational outputs being produced by the schools themselves.
