Hello,

I am trying to find a 2 bedroom apartment near a bus line. I can't afford more than $800 for the place. I know the areas might not be 100% safe but honestly I'm more concerned about roaches and bedbugs than someone breaking in and realizing there's nothing to steal.

Any recommended areas either to look aps in or to avoid?

Why not move to Raleigh, then?

I know not all Raleigh is bad but I don't want to purposely live in a bad area. That and I need to remain in closer proximity to morrisville. Apex is closer than Raleigh.

Honestly safety isn't that big of a concern, does it have to be a two bedroom, I know that hermitage at beechtree on weston parkway in cary, is a nice place, with a good amount of space(700+ square feet) at around 675-to a little over 700. And I believe it is on the busline, and or really close to the busline.

Huntington Athletic Club(on morrisville parkway) is also about the same price range(beechtree looks better though) and is close to the busline, and has similar square footage.

In both cases, those were the prices for the one bedroom.

Hermitage at Beechtree is on Cary Parkway. There's a bus stop nearby.

I would really hate to live in Cary or Apex and depend on buses. Does Apex even have bus service? I've lived in and used Raleigh's and it was ok but not great for most routes.

Well, the OP needs to be near Morrisville, so Cary bus service should suffice for that. I wouldn't move as far as Apex and depend on bus service to Morrisville, though. This area really is easier with a car.

The only bus that touches Apex is Triangle Transit. Apex doesn't have its own transit system serving the town like Cary does.

Rents are up everywhere thanks to overpaid transplants. Public transit is still skimpy especially between towns.
