Hello! I'm in town for work this week and was driving to my hotel tonight (I was near davis dr. and laboratory dr off of 40) and noticed that the sky was really lit up in one area...almost looked like it was glowing from a fire. Curious, I drove closer and saw that the light was coming from a building. I'd never seen anything like it! A quick google search yielded no results...does any one have any idea what goes on here?

I attached a pic of the sky and here's a link to a quick video I shot...excuse the camera orientation...I thought I was about to get beamed up.

Can't remember their names, but there are a couple of large greenhouses out that way as part of the company's biotech campuses.

That building/campus is under construction right now. I work around the corner near Park Center off of 54, and I drove past it this evening on the way home. As best I can tell, the site was lit up with high-powered lights for nighttime construction. It's not always like that.

First time I drove past it I thought it was a fire, too. It's weird. I passed it on 40 I think. Eerie when it's foggy.

actually, it is lit up like that quite a lot. I think it is greenhouses/biotech as well. I think it is Syngenta if I remember? I feel bad for the guy who just sits at the cement wall blocking the driveway all day every day.

I work right down the road from there and often wondered what the eerie glow was. Last night in particular I was tempted to try and figure out where it was just so I could finally know.

It's a greenhouse at the Novozyme site. Or, it's gas from the sewage treatment plant, Griz!
