other than Duke being a Robert Trent Jones design, the above post is quite accurate. Hillandale & UNC or Duke will offer lessons/camps. Many CC's these days will also let non-member juniors participate in junior lessons and camps (camps if they have availability).

Hillandale is a fun course, but not a nice course. It's a "muni" - any golfer will know of what you speak.

Knights Play in Apex is a good course for beginners - they have lessons as well.
