Interesting to see them tape a segment in Cafe Tiramisu. One of my favorite restaurants.

I was thinking Stonemoor. We actually came thisclose to buying a house in Stonehenge in 2007. That house could have used a touch of Hilary now that I think about it.

In terms of location, Stonehenge is one of the best locations anywhere in the triangle area. Only problem is lots of 80's homes that haven't been updated at all. But, talk about good bones! Great lots and unbeatable location, but because of that prices can still be high despite age of the interior, and by the time most folks buy a home there, they may not have another $50k-100k to spare to remodel. So for that reason it's actually a good spot for a show like this.

Most people on Love it or List it seem to end up moving into a new place rather than staying in the remodeled one, but I can see why these folks stayed.

What was weird is the guy trying to interest them in a house that's 20 mins away, when they specifically said they wanted to stay in the same general area. "I know you said North Raleigh, but can I interest you in Apex?" (I have no idea if that's where the home was, but that's about 20 mins away).
