Do any condos or townhomes have a fenced in backyard?
Could you get one around 100k?
Are they built better foundation wise? or do you still have to worry about foundations?
Do they all have HOA fees?
what are the average taxes on a 1200 square ft one?
Thanks

To answer the best I can without a location in mind, here goes:

Townhomes usually have a partition between them in the back. Fences will depend on the HOA where you purchase if there is one.

It will depend on the location in which you purchase to determine taxes. There are different factors. Location. Rate. In the city or not. Fire dist et.

It is possible around 100K.

Condos are multi-unit buildings so you will most likely not find a fence.

Hope this helps.

Some do, but they are usually on the smaller side.

Yes you could get a townhome for $100K....what town are you trying to relocate to?

Every place is different. I would always get a home inspections no matter where or what you purchase.

Most do, and keep in mind that townhome HOA fees are typically higher than their single home counterparts becasue with a townhome you are usually paying for exterior maintenance (lawn maintenance, exterior powerwashing, parking lot repair ect...).

While it varies, a good rule of thumb is to figure your taxes to be about 1% of the purchase price. So I would expect to pay $1K in taxes on a $100K house. You will also have to figure in Home owner's insurance.
