I'd call a church day care or nursery. I don't think there's any official training involved and I think they always need help. You could just explain the situation to them and I'm sure someone will take her on. Also, I don't think the food bank requires a lot of training (maybe a few hours on the first time or something).

Oh yes, that makes sense that a hospital would require that. I was just trying to think of volunteer work that would be somewhat related to the speeding offense.

A food bank probably wouldn't require a lot though.

may sound harsh, but if you are paying for her car and other related stuff how about taking her car from her . . nothing like that to slow someone down.
