But I do think leniency this is a good thing. There is nothing worse than getting on the road and having something happen and you have to leave your vehicle and don't even make it to where you were going. And then someone comes along, "this fellow is having a horrible time - lets take their property and hold it for ransom." How dreadful!

Having car trouble is not a crime. MYOB

I think that boat had on I-40 (on the way out to Benson) had a broken axle. I went past it twice and it looked like it was up on jack stands and the entire axle was pulled out.
