I'm not trying to be snarky, but why would the housing market in this area change soon? I'm stumpoed as to your logic.

Maybe you need to widen your search area. Plenty of first floor apts that accept dogs in Brier Creek, for example.

Thank you for all your replies. I found an apartment that would meet my needs. The apartment is located in the back away from the parking lot and has a screen and fence on the porch. I appreciate everyone's help. I am on the first floor so I can enter and exit without my golden having to do steps. I am very lucky! Thanks again!
