What about us poorer folks who only work in medical?
I can't buy, am looking to rent.
Could I move there and find something to rent, say a condo or a duplex for me and my kids?
Something around $1000 a month?
Good school district, safe neighborhood, clean?

Not in Ethan's Glen. No condos or apartments there. It's only a single-family residence subdivision. And a very pricey one at that.

Default Ethans Glen

Great photos NRG! I agree with VickiR - it is a great place to live... As for the difference the newer estates in The Gates start around $800K and hit just over a million. You can find a home in Ethans Glen for the high $500s.

Ethans Glen and the The Gates are just one subdivision off highway 98 - There are quite a few that have sprouted up over the past couple of years there. Most choose that area particularly for the larger lots and of course easy access to Falls Lake which is teaming with activity during the summer. Other subdivisions with custom builders around there are Chestnut Oaks, Parker Falls, and Crossmoor.
