I noticed lots of earth moving equipment off Louisburg Rd right after getting off 540 and heading north. Anyone know what's going on? Is the community college campus expanding or something else?

I wondered if they had actually started on it, I know they've been planning it for a long long time.

Is this actually happening? It seems like this development has been in the works for close to a decade. Any news on when they are actually planning on building there?

Do they have some actual buildings started, or just road work? It seems very hard to find out anything on timelines and on what they are actually building there.
