I think you mean printing, not imprinting which means something entirely different. Go to google maps, input your area, and type in T-shirt printers or some such phrase.
I don't think it would be very cost effective to burn screens for such a very small number. Have you looked at the products you can buy at office stores to make your own? You might be better off ordering online, too, from some place like Staples or Cafe Press.
no idea how quickly they can rush an order, but customink.com is a pretty neat service I've used before.
Otherwise, try a screenprinting place near UNC or NCSU -- they are always printing up frat/club t-shirts and can probably turn something around quickly,
