Does anyone know where I can find one of these? I don't care if it's laminated or paper, I will be using colored stickpins for self-informational purposes. I did find one online that ran about $150, but I'm looking for twenty bucks or less. Better yet - free! Any advice?
AAA has Raleigh city maps....I haven't looked at mine in a couple years but I think it had a smaller (and less detailed) map of the triangle area on the back.
I have road map type that unfolds and shows all of Wake county. Relocating folks love it. I also have a smaller map that shows the triangle but doesn't really show all the streets. Is that what you need? I'll share.

Hi Vicki
Do you have pointers (name/publisher) so I can find them and see them? I could use something to help me visualize the area. Right now I am at the 'find a route, stick with it' point - and would like to start putting together a better head map.

The large map is like a road map that you use in the car...you know, it folds out. Its put out by "Dolph's Map". You may try doing a google search.
The smaller map is called "The Triangle Map and Relocation Guide". Try www.trianglenewcomer.com.
I'd suggest you stop in at any real estate office and ask for maps. Most offices give them for free.

Here's that website that carries the LARGE, laminated wall map of Wake and Durham counties: (remember it's $150!)
I'd like it, honestly, but I just can't shell out the cash for something like this right now.
